R. Fenski is a passionate road cyclist who has been dedicated to the sport for about four years. What began as a fun individual activity during the Covid times has evolved into a fervent pursuit that he now enjoys and pushes to the maximum with various teams.

Fenski recently graduated with a master's degree in Vienna, where he gained his first group ride experiences with world record holder Michael Strasser, cycling through the Wienerwald and building endurance for medium elevations. His journey took a significant turn around this time last year when he joined the university's varsity cycling team in Canada as their first-ever exchange student. This experience introduced him to a new level of competitiveness and team spirit.

In December, Fenski embarked on his most significant cycling adventure to date: organizing a fundraising ride from Canada to Washington, D.C., called the “Race Against the Cold.” He cycled 1,000 km through freezing temperatures on American highways by himself, raising more than $4,500 for young homeless people.

Several months ago, Fenski moved to Brussels to start his professional career. As he has gradually improved his road cycling endurance, including a 345 km one-day ride from Vienna to Salzburg this summer, he is eager to continue developing his skills with the Brussels Unchained Racing Team. He has joined a few rides with the team and is impressed by the welcoming and international atmosphere.

Regarding his current fitness level, Fenski's endurance is quite strong, having completed his first marathon two weeks ago within the top 13%. Being relatively light, he enjoys climbing hills and believes that switching from his old aluminum bike to a carbon one with better IT equipment could further enhance his performance.

Although he has never competed in official races, this will soon change with the upcoming 200K BRM ride in Tervuren. He is honored to cycle together and tackle new challenges with the team.
