A-M Zeevaert

A-M Zeevaert is an urban designer based in Ixelles, actively involved in citizen participation projects. Her passion for cycling was ignited during a 1.5-year riding trip through Europe in 2020-2021 with her husband and dog. This journey revealed her love for cycling beyond just traveling, leading her to make it her sport of choice. In 2022, she invested in an Origine Graxx Gravel bike to pursue her newfound passion.

Last year, A-M Zeevaert joined the Brussels Big Brackets Sunday rides club and was set to join the Epilation First Women's team. However, her plans changed when she became pregnant, and she graciously stepped aside to allow the team to achieve their goals. Despite this, she remained connected to the cycling community through her husband's involvement in a men's team.

Now, with her baby born and no plans for another in the near future, A-M Zeevaert is eager to get back on the bike and make up for lost time. With the EF team moving to the pro level, she was now seeking a Continental team to channel her motivation and dedication and found her home with Brussels Unchained strengthening the rouler profile on the team.

Known for her friendly, curious, and easy-going nature, A-M Zeevaert is always up for a good party, social ride, or discovering new restaurants (she loves food!).
