A. Giannetto started competing as a middle-distance runner as a teenager but has equally also held a deep in love with cycling for his entire life.
He started suffering during the hot Italian summers on a 16kg steel mountain bike when he was eleven, and slowly evolved into a road cyclist.
Giannetto has been training more consistently over the last 6 years, but always between 3-5k per season due to limited time.
In love with climbs (he is short and light) and striking mountain passes, but also a lover of marginal gains. He also has a geeky thing for aero too!
At 33 years of age, Giannetto has participated in a dozen Granfondos so far, even hitting the podium in amateur races a couple of times in 2019 when he was in top form. The team is looking forward to whip him back into that top form and secure wins for the team.
