The team's sprinter, K. Smouter is the Belgo-Dutchman with Congolese origins. Known in the peloton as the smiling fashionista.
Former track and field sprinter in the US, his competitive career comes to an abrupt stop due to injury. He subsequently turns to tennis, it is only late that he discovers road cycling.
He will bring as much panache as Sagan thanks to his sense of style, he is the one to follow to know the latest fashion trends.
But the leader isn’t here just to be a pretty face, with a tenacious capacity to work he will be a real workhorse to bring to fruition the team strategy.
