The Ten Climbs
How do you get stronger? How can you become a faster sprinter, a faster climber? One thing is for sure, doing more climbs is the answer. And that's what this route is all about, 10 of the Pajottenand's climbs that are sure to keep your heartrate up but leave you with strengthened legs!
You'll climb the following bergs and côtes:
1. Keperenberg
2. Snikberg
3. Lakenberg
4. Bruine Put
5. Krabos
6. Kroondal
7. Kasteelbrakel
8. Rue du Sart
9. Cote de Rosemont
10. La Sabliere
For this Fast Tuesday, the pure climbers and punchers will be in heaven. Everyone else? Well...
Ride rules apply
We aim for 26-28km/h but if someone struggles, the Ride Captain hangs back.
If the whole group can handle higher speeds, we go faster than the target speed, but only if no one struggles.
Climb at your best speeds! At the top of the climbs, those fastest amongst us wait for everyone so that we can regroup
Please follow all instructions to slow down or stop
If we are above 15 riders, we follow the road rules and ride on the main roads but remain compact in a 2x2 formation and follow our Ride Captain's instructions
Bring everything you need to repair a flat tire, and consider night lights to return home safely
We leave together, we come back together. This is not a drop ride.
